Raphael Group Limited aims to strengthen resilient and inclusive staple food value chains by expanding processing, value addition, and regional market access, while creating dignified employment opportunities for young women and men with limited financial means.
By sourcing raw materials from approximately 20,000 smallholder farmers and processing key food products such as rice, beans, groundnuts, sunflower oil, fortified maize flour, and sorghum, the project seeks to improve farmer incomes, enhance household food security, and support sustainable job creation across Tanzania and regional markets in East and Southern Africa.
