Masaka Creamery Limited aims to strengthen Rwanda’s dairy value chain by expanding value addition, inclusive sourcing, and access to domestic markets. 

The company produces high-quality dairy products including-yogurt, fermented milk, butter, sour cream, fresh cream, ghee, and mascarpone-serving wholesale and retail customers nationwide. By integrating smallholder farmers into its supply chain and promoting entrepreneurship and workforce inclusion, Masaka Creamery Limited supports dignified employment opportunities for marginalized groups, particularly youth and deaf individuals, who comprise over 60% of its workforce. Through its socially driven business model, the company seeks to improve incomes, enhance economic resilience, and support long term livelihood security while contributing to inclusive growth and sustainability within Rwanda’s dairy sector.
