Fisher Global Limited aims to strengthen sustainable agricultural value chains by expanding value addition, ethical production, and access to local and international markets, creating decent employment opportunities for marginalized youth, particularly young women and men with limited financial means.
Through sustainable farming, postharvest processing, and export-oriented manufacturing across crops such as chilli, the project seeks to improve incomes, enhance economic resilience, and support long-term livelihood security for farming and worker communities across Rwanda.
